A formal confirmation email will be sent within 3-5 business days of receiving both your completed form and payment verification.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations received before Oct 31, 2026, are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds are available after this date.
Do abstract submitters need to register?
Yes, all presenters must complete the registration process by the early-bird deadline to be included in the final program.
